Do I need a Sofiri email address to liaise with students and education providers?

Yes.

If you have successfully become a Sofiri education expert, including signing an agreement with us. You will be provided with an email branded Sofiri structured as follows: firstname.lastname@sofiri.expert

This email will be used only in the case in which you need to liaise with prospective students, so you do not do it from your personal email. Also in cases in which you have a question for an education provider.

The email will also be used as the credential to access https://uploadonce.com.au/ when requesting documents from students.

Please note that notifications will continue to be sent to the email you used to register with Sofiri.
