How do I upload documents?
It is recommended that physical documents required to be uploaded such as passports or visas be scanned with the whole document being visible (not cropped in any part) and saved into a pdf file for uploading. It is also recommended that digitl documents in various formats be converted and uploaded as a pdf file to minimize potential issues. Some digital documents may also require getting digitally stamped and signed which can be done as seen in this link.
