How does the rating system for the Education Experts work?
Throughout their journey with Sofiri, students will be asked to rate their experience with you on a five-star rating scale. Our request for feedback will occur at key points throughout their journey, and they'll also have the opportunity to provide written feedback.
At the conclusion of their time with Sofiri (upon enrolment at an educational institution, or withdrawal of three applications), they'll be asked to provide a final review. All their ratings will be collated and averaged to calculate their total score.
Your star-based rating will be determined based on the average of all your scores.
