How will a student first make contact with me?
Aspiring students will initiate contact with you via the messaging function in Sofiri. Your first initial chat with a student will only be available to you both for 72 hours. This is to ensure:
- You have a clear 72-hour window in which to demonstrate to a student that they should select you as their dedicated Education Expert
- Aspiring students can build trust with the Sofiri platform, as they recognise it's responsiveness
As an Education Expert, it’s in your best interest to reply to that initial contact as soon as possible and to communicate with the aspiring student in a way that best represents the quality of guidance you’re able to provide them with.
An aspiring student will be required to select just one Education Expert to guide them through submission of their course application.
