What is ESOS, CRICOS and the National code?

The international education industry in Australia is guided by a range of legislation that contributes to The Education Services Overseas Students (ESOS)

The ESOS is a framework that protects and enhances the experiences of overseas students in Australia. All stakeholders involved in the education industry are required to meet ESOS requirements, and follow a national code containing the standards governing the protection of overseas students.
